Applied Informatics and Research Incorporated Announced that it has Executed a Representative Agreement with Innovative Aerospace Marketing Incorporated for the Sale of the Sensor Test and Replay System STARS Component and Software System Sales. (2009-01-14)
Ottawa, CANADA - January 14, 2009 –, Applied Informatics and Research Incorporated announced today that it has executed a Sales Representation Agreement with Innovative Aerospace Marketing (IAM) for the Sales in the Americas of the Hand Held Multi-Purpose Interface HHMPI and Sensor Test and Replay System STARS software including the Multi-Purpose Interface PC Peripheral.
IAM is lead by Mr. Carlos A. Gonzalez who has more than two decades of aviation sales and marketing experience with over 6 years dedicated to Flight Data Analysis support. “Mr. Gonzalez and his team bring a wealth of direct industry experience relating to these types of products and more importantly his industry contacts and network will ensure that we are an immediate significant player in our region, I am delighted that we have been able to execute this Agreement with Carlos and his Company”, said Steven Roberts CEO of Applied Informatics and Research Incorporated. ” In association with IAM we will continue with our objective of focussing on the sales of the STARS product line into the marketplace at Airline, Maintenance, MRO and Avionics Repair facilities as well as other locations where the readout and analysis of flight data is being performed”.

Flight Data Systems Pty. Limited and Applied Informatics and Research Incorporated Execute Distribution Agreement for the Americas. (2008-07-22)
OTTAWA, CANADA - July 21, 2008 – Applied Informatics and Research Inc., a business unit of The Air Group of Companies, announced today that it has executed a Distribution Agreement relating to the Sensor Test and Replay System STARS which has recently been introduced into the marketplace by Flight Data Systems Pty Limited. Covering the Americas including the Caribbean the initial agreement is for a period of three years.
With this distribution agreement, Applied Informatics will focus on bringing the STARS product line into the marketplace at Airline, Maintenance, MRO and Avionics Repair facilities as well as other locations where the readout and analysis of flight data is being performed.
STARS, is a Software suite that can assist airlines and maintenance organisations with various aircraft maintenance tasks and requirements. This includes:
